Policies

Customers are encouraged to check all size guides, and colors selected related to their product before purchasing to ensure the product meets customer expectations. Returns and Exchanges are not permitted for products ordered that were ordered with incorrect sizes, or colors selected. Additionally, Returns and Exchanges are not permitted for products when the customer has changed their mind about their purchasing decision.

If the product purchased is damaged or has a manufacturing error(s). Customers may email ( ) with photos attached of the damage or manufacturing error(s) along with a request for a reprint of the product in the body of the email. All reprinted orders will be shipped to the customer’s original order address. All Return and Exchange requests for products that have damage or manufacturing error(s) must be made within 15 days of the purchase date of the product. All Return and Exchange requests are subject to review by Ash & Artistry and the manufacturer, this policy is not a guarantee of Return or Exchange, nor is the submission of a request for a Return or Exchange. All Ash & Artistry products have a 0.5-inch print placement tolerance .
